I had a really great experience going to Kona. I had an awful headache for two days and couldn’t take it anymore. I often have to take migraine medicine, but I would much rather go with the holistic route if possible. Jae was able to pinpoint the areas that were really hurting and he kept working with me to find all the areas that were bothering me. I waited until tonight to write my review because I wanted to see how lasting the effects were. I still needed to take some headache medicine during the day, but my energy improved, my attitude improved, and I really feel like this reduced my pain SIGNIFICANTLY . Thank you so much Jae.
Dr. Jay is my new favorite person. I’m so glad I found him. The past 3 years I have spent a lot of time visiting GI doctors, scopes done, x rays done, physical therapy and many medications. I had constant back pain that led to digestion symptoms and daily nausea, indigestion, gerd and anxiety. In just two treatments I felt more relief than I did three years of GI doctors. I am so very grateful that I found Kona! Such a welcoming, calm atmosphere and very gentle approach. Excellent education on how the body works. I only wish I found them sooner.

I have been suffering from headaches, circulation problems, and acne for years. No amount of chiropractor or dermatologist visits seemed to help. I heard good things about acupuncture and decided to give it a try. I’m glad I did! I’ve been seeing Dr. Kim for a few months now and he is very gentle and sweet. I can tell he genuinely cares about my health by how determined he seems to get to the bottom of my problems. Which is a feeling I’ve never gotten from any of my previous health care providers. Between the acupuncture and the custom herbal tea I have never been better! All my problems are gone and I feel very healthy!

Best acupuncture in the Cleveland area (Hands down). I had a lot of back pain, tennis elbow, intestinal issues, among other things. Dr. Kim has significantly eliminated the pain and helped me make nutritional/eating habit changes related to those conditions. Very professional, great service and very knowledgeable. It was my first time here. The treatment room is very clean and bright. I felt the benefits of my full body treatment instantly. I have had many surgeries knee & shoulder in both cases Jae’s acupuncture treatment provided relief. The other noticeable benefit for me is the overall sense of my body’s balance was restored.
